Angel Eyes
« on: 02 July 2005, 10:44 »
Hello again guys.
I've been looking out for set of Angel Eye headlamps and have seen them advertised at different prices for different makes. I guess the Hella ones are the best, but can anyone tell me what the different is and if there are any I should steer away from? If there isnt much of a difference I will be enclined to go for the cheaper ones once i've managed to raise some cash as £150 is a bit steep in my reconing!

I bought a set of Ebay for £100 delivered , obvious they were not as good as Hella, But they sure still look OK day or night!!

Thats what I was hoping. I've seen people selling some for as little as 50quid cos they are up-grading to Hella's and could never work out why!

Like you say yourself, the hellas are always going to be better, so ask yourself, are the chaeper ones better if everyone is selling them to upgrade.  I must admit, i'm always put off a headlamp change because of the amount of dosh it costs :undecided:

At the moment my money will be better spent getting the bug through the mot ready for bugjam, i hope it will cost less than a set of headlights for my golf (ireally fancy the mk4 anni lamps) :undecided:
