Get an idea, think on it for a bit. Then go in and get it the f**k done

If it fades, get it touched up.

Get a good artist, pay proper money, get it done right.

exactly this, research the artist as well or see some of thier work getting a good tattooist is make of break really and not cheap but hey its an investment for the rest of your life  :wink:

Be careful it can become addictive.

this is very true. me and the wife are covered in them. both my arms now and the wife has very detailed dragons all over her body  :grin:
my fav one is my childrens names down the side of my neck. was abit worried about that one as it goes over my gugular vain  :grin:

A lot of my mates are coverd in tats! Id love one, just dont wana get something ill later in life regret! So
Im tattoo free atm! Id never get mames , other than my children ( iv no kids yet) but never my other halfs....

A real 304bhp 286lbft in a mk4 golf!

for a while i wanted to get a unicorn tattooed on my back with it's wings spread across to my shoulders and it's horn going up my neck. you can be my surrogate if you want. get it done and i will put some money towards it.

Start off with something small & out the way, the missus has a wrist tattoo as her first & because she has stupidly tiny wrists, it looks really nice. Mind you, she's got since then, two half sleeves, one to be completed going all down her arm, a foot tattoo & her ribs done.

She's not addicted to them at all..
