The Polo .:R has already been confirmed as having the 2.0TSi engine from the MKVI with 227bhp. Front wheel drive unfortunately, but imagine it with just a remap and weighing in at sub 1200kg.  :drool:

that is insane!

making me consider a trip to the isle of man!

if the bhp is gonna be 227 then the mk7 will need some serious power to stay ahead!
