Strut top mount

Strut top nut is just spinning any ideas, im using an inpact gun soaked in wd40 car is on its wheels for presure, just wont budge all thats stopping me finishing the coilovers !

must be really rusty on mate if its spinning :-/ as the hole strut would be moving around with it i'm sure.

I had a similar problem removing my old struts when stripping my Mk3. Ended up having 3 sets of vice grips on the shock shaft and a little bit of heat on the top nut with a blow torch got it moving. Destroyed the shock though but was for the bin anyway.

Have you tried the allen key and spark plug socket with a couple of people and a bar ??
