Golf GTI TDI Exclusive - What is this?

Just wanted a clear up,

Whats the difference between a GT TDI and a GTI TDI Exclusive?

No idea. 

Probs one has climate control and the other just AC or perhaps leather and non leather seats.

Mine is a Highline model, n it practically has everything bar headlight washers, rain sensitive wipers n automatic rear view mirror. Based on the trim level, how could Highline be in the middle? I've even got cream leather heated Recaros!

Well the exclusive doesn't really have many extras to be honest, all i could notice was climate.
