I can bring my gazeboo, but I am going to lincolnshire straight from the show so was planning on travelling light, so unless i can find somewhere to leave it to pick it up from on way home then I wasnt planning on bringing it.

With regards to a meeting place I arranged with vaughn that I would meet him inside the gates on the grass verge on the left as you enter the site, and plan to meet him about 9:30 - 10am

Good man joe, glad you are coming, I can be very convincing when I need to be !

Len, you're not camping with us are you ? Oh yeah and wotto, Vaughn's missus is coming and so is one of his mates g/f so there will be a few more laydeeeeees in the camp.

Camper is in the garage getting a service at the moment and it needs some more work doing on it, fekkin back plates on the rear brakes and handbrake cables  I'll be setting off on Friday morning but I don't know what time yet as I don't know if I'll have to take my little lad to school, if so then it's not going to be before 10am.

Vaughn, won't I have to meet up with you for my ticket or will you be able to meet me at the entrance if I am a bit later?
I hope I can get there early enough to meet up at your designated time but if we have a sh1t night at work I may not get to bed before 7am! Mind you, maybe then I would do better to not go to bed but stay up, get there, set up the tent etc., and then crash out :undecided:

Rich, Vaughn has still got my ticket and he was talking about posting mine as he'll be on site before me, I'd say PM him to do the same for you then you don't have to worry about meeting up when you get there.

Insane: I'll be in a camper so doubt I'll be thrashing that, I dont think the Santa Pod clocks go for the amount of time it would take me to do a 1/4 mile anyway !  Thrashed the Golf up there last Sunday at GTI festival though and that was quality but you do worry about stalling it or something going pop as you hear the engine screaming !

I'll try and get there and meet up with you, same place, same time. I have both your numbers so we should be able to tie up.

First time I've ever done it on Sunday and it was a bit hairy scarey for the first time, but I loved it after that. Wasn't doing it to race anyone I was just curious what the old girl would do it in. GTI festival is only a one day show but they did two of them this year.
