Forged intercoolers are not worth the money at all, the only reason why there so expensive is because of the name. the quailty of them is same as the mishimoto ones

Im running THS intercooler and its spot on and very discreet for sleeper look  :cool:

make sure every join on your pipe work has a lip on the end of it like a ring of weld around the end of pipe! or trust me it will pop off every bloody two min like mine did before i got it changed

I'v got a pipe roller so I can make my own lips. My only problem is the DV port, how am I going to get it to fit

You could always go the Wellycooler route :smiley:. Have a look on Audisport it's a 600 x 300 76 FMIC which you can buy for £86.99 delivered from toyo sports and add your custom pipe work. It's been getting very good results on S3's and LCR's.

:) i like my booooooooooooooost ;) haha to be fair new pipe poped off again dom hes gonna sort it on saturday for me :) was at a high speed again though
