I have a fairly large bottle of this stuff that was given to me by a mate. It's sat in the cupboard for about a year as I've never wanted to use it.

Question is pour down the sink or is it any use diluted as quick detailer or something for claying?

Dilute down and use as a drying aid.

Don't dilute it just spray it on as a drying aid - works well.

Please excuse my ignorance as I'm not a detailing expert but how does it help as a drying aid? Just spray onto a wet car?

It breaks the water tension down so the water slides off meaning less water to dry off and less passes with a drying cloth.

Demon Shine is cheap from places like Asda so I mind using it as a drying aid.

Wax ya car once a month and you'll have the same results but with a protective layer on too.

for the price of it, its ok worth having/using occassionally, as a drying aid, quick detailer or clay lube, doesnt need to be diluted at all, ts already weak enough and by far not as good as proper details, but till able to do a job on a budget

last time i bought some, tesc were selling 2L bottles for 97p, at that price, its worth stocking up
