Broken drivers seat adjuster

I've used the search function but couldnt find any help.

My drivers seat just suddenly fell back and upon inspection i found the adjuster on the right side had totally popped off. Now im not sure how the two springs fit back onto the mechanism. Every time i try you can turn the seat forward but it wont hold any weight and falls back down.

Any idea on how to correctly re-assemble this?

Yes remove seat put it in the bin replace with a non broken seat simples
