what else do I need to fit coilovers?

just purchased myself some shiny new JOM coilovers and I also have 5mm spacers for the front wheels

I know there is something else that everybody always says to replace when you fit coilovers but can't quite remember what it is? 

I'm not going to lower the front more than 50mm so shouldn't need an uprated ARB and I also don't want the +5 hp and 25 scene points that come with an uprated ARB

will these do the trick? this may be a stupid question but do I need new ones front and back?

i just get mine from stealers or eurocarparts,can do both if you want first time i put new coilovers on i also changed rear bump stops

so its recommended to buy 2 pairs of the top mounts and bearings and also the rear bump stops?

i gaurantee u will lower more than the 40mm once the coilies are on  its unavoidable

them top mounts are sh!t they lasted all of 4 months on my car best to get a proper set first off than have to replace them again
