Smash an imperial or larger metric size hex bit in.

Chisel it out

Or
Drill it out

Not sure where the bolt is and how much room you've got to play with
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

I had a similar problem but I used a allan key on an extension bar and that worked thank god.

Dont break it Daz, If my K03s is well after Friday (mapping day) and you dont want to buy a k03s (but you should  :lipsrsealed:) give me a shout and il sort you out my k03. Its a good solid turbo with cracks etc.

That way your back on the road pretty cheap...

will have another go after mate

was thinking before if i k03s it (£250)ish then replace all necessery bolts, washers and gaskets (£60)ish then coolant, oil and filter (£40)ish then £290 for the stage 2 map then no doubt they,ll be problems with heatsoak or sumet with standed smic so theres another payout for uprated smic or fmic ? i dont want to ever get rid mate but in a realistic world ill have 3kids come november if i fork out all that money then sell up id be a fool and never make anything back  :undecided: this keeps playing on my mind everyday mate it really does i have my wife in 1 ear with the realistic comments about what to do then i have my inner child that wants to keep it and carry on the build........................i need a shrink

Haha its really differcult decision mate.

When I replaced the k03 with k03s I didnt replace the oil or coolant (fack that it was almost new anyways)

You dont even need to drop the oil to change the turbo
