forge splitter

hi all ive just fitted a forge splitter to my standed golf 1.8t , since fitting it the car doesnt run right, it doesnt boost up and feels flat as a fart  as when i had the normal valve on. i have looked  up on how to fit it right what are peoples views on the splitter fitted many thanks

My mate put it on his and it didn't boost right. But he didn't have the blankin plug over the dv bit. Have you blanked that off tightly?

thanks v much its on ebay ,going to buy the 007p but im after a noise that a splitter makes would a enclosed air filter like a viper  make the same noise that a cone filter makes ? cheers for your help
