In case you missed anything of the opening ceremony or you want to watch any of the sporting events, the BBC has launched a sports version of the iPlayer.
Everything will be on it and you'll be able to flick between upto 24 live streams and all the previous events.

I must say that compared to 2008 the London opening ceremony was a bit of a disappointment. Remember the 2008 drummers and their glowing drumsticks?

might be something to do with the budget?? what exactly were you expecting?

i thought it was excellent, much more impressed than I though it would be!

I snuck into the stadium last night!! I found a seat was un occupied and slipped into it!  :grin: :laugh:

Was an epic display, so so good. Glad I got in, although all of the people I lied to I am now probably going to hell!  :grin:

yes me and the wife noticed him  :angry:

other than that though got to say it was a great opening show was a bit like wtf at first but once i started to watch it was very good  :cool:

I didn't watch it all as I was working but was a bit WTF when the child catcher came out on roller skates and started dancing around children in hospital beds shortly before it started to rain Mary Poppins
