No, you need to cut the valance slightly.

well, it's fitted, and it's awesome!!!!

No idea why, but mine doesn't sound anything like the other clips posted, it sounds far more refined and less loud.

I fitted it Monday, and I've driven 450 miles with it on down to cornwall and back, and on cruise it's no louder than my miltek non res system was. on idle it's perfectly quiet with a really nice deep note, then on full chat it sounds epic!
