How does the "fixed price" servicing work? Something like I pay £500 per year and for that I get oil/filter/plugs/MOT once a year?  If so then that sounds ok.  But it seems to good to be true, like I said in my 1st post VW charged me £300 only for an oil change a few years ago!

If it's ok I'd like to learn more about this fixed price stuff before contacting VW...

Means reduced flat rates for cars more than 3 years old, you're thinking of warranty plan which would only be available on new cars which is then renewed each year.

Have a look at this... http://www.volkswagenshrewsbury.co.uk/Servicing/Fixed-Servicing.aspx
