No mate, you'll need a 5" backing plate for the 5.5" pads and a 3.5" for 4" spot pads.

Ye sorry meant 5" plate for the CG 5.5"pad
Found the meguire plates. Gonna have a look at other makes of plates as well.

Need waxstock to come quickly as gettin impassiant. Tempted to buy it now off Chris. Lol

I prefer flat pads over the hexlogic and lake country. Still good pads though! Backing plates are a killer price!

Sometimes use a Sonus 5.5" polishing pad with lime prime or Britemax Black and the swirls are gone.

Also prefer the 4" pads on the DA just cuts better and ideal for mk2's as every panel has some odd angle to it.

Why pay £144 for a DAS6 when you can pay £100 for tbe same machine with cleanyourcar.co.uk written on it? You've got too much money!

Just put DAS6GROUPBUY in the box at checkout and they'll take £15 off that price plus free postage.

Had a play with Scholl Concepts compounds and pads today. I am very impressed with Scholl at the moment.
