Ok so here are my pics, Sorry some are missing I forgot to take pics half way through.
few ramdon shots

you can clearly see how ruined my bushes are, Lots of noise going over bumps and
breaking!

wishbone on the bench waiting for the old bushes to be cut out,
I used a blow torch to burn the bush out the knock the metal liner out of the rear, The front just fell out.

new bushes in and arms back on the car

Rear bush went in easy, I placed the arm on the floor and placed the bush on the hole and stood on it,
It just popped in.
The front was a pain. I tried a G clamp but it kept slipping so I used an old head bolt
and two large washers to wind the bush in.
Overall its made a huge difference. The car feels firmer over bumps and seems to hold the road better.
You can feel more road vibration when traveling on a bad surface other wise its not noticable.
You may notice more virbation on lowered cars. These were fitted to my boring 2.0 gti which
is on standard suspension
Heres a pic of the powerflex bushes I also bought

I wish I had a pic of both makes side by side, Notice the larger diameter on one side. The superpro doesnt have this
The powerflex seem better made of a better material.
I used the superpro due to cost, Ive returned the powerflex bushes.
The crush tube on the superpro is also alot thicker than the powerflex.
