Saw this on Sunday thought it was a good film but it didnt blow me away as much as The Dark Knight but still a good film worth watching

This.  I don't know whether it was the cinema set up I was in, but the music was intrusive, dominating the film, not supporting it.

The big question is, who's going to pick up the baton and try and follow up Christopher Nolan's work?

Yes - kinda ties in with the cinema sound issue I felt about the film.  Sometimes I wish they'd turn it down a touch, so it's not so overwhelming.

I thought it was too loud in the cinema too.
I think the issues with Bane's voice was due to the fact it was added in post-production, so the levels must've been off for cinema sound. Plus he sounded like Sean Connery with the occasional touch of Brian Badonde.

Sean Connery mixed with Brian Badonde is literally the most perfect description of the voice I could possibly think of  :laugh:
