Hi all,

As above really lol, can't seem to budge it, how do I get it out lol?

Also, Which mark do i time it up to on the fly wheel, as there is a long black mark:


and also 2 little round things lol?

If you're referring to the large green gearbox end cap then it needs to be prided out with a chisel or screwdriver. It's very advisable to replace it with a new one as they can deform quite easily and they only cost a few quid anyway.

thats to get to the clutch bearing. He wants to see the timing mark on the flywheel. You dont unscrew that big green nut, you should have a plastic cover on that (either its missing or you have taken it off. On the flywheel you should have a v shape mark, thats your itming mark on the flywheel. You turn the engine over by hand to find it. Other way is to take out the 1st spark plug (left side) gently put a screw driver inside it and turn the engine by hand till the screw driver is at its highest point. Make sure ur timing belt is still on

I think i have officially given up on the timming lol, i am going to ask someone (if there is a willing member on the form;)) to come and do it for me, ill pay of course lol
