Get the scuttle panel off and check the two drainage holes by the inner wings as these block up easily. Also do you have a sunroof as these drainage holes get blocked. Another problem I have encountered is that the doors have a drainage hole in the bottom that gets blocked and when I used to park my old one on a slant which my drive does then the water could not get out of the door and run into the footwell. I drilled a small hole in the corner of the door and painted this and my problem stopped. Where is your car getting wet ??

Car does have a sunroof so will check their drainage holes also.
Basically when I was washing the car today water was running in on the left hand side of the car by where the pollen filter etc would be hence initially thinking it was the seal that I pictured. it was hitting the lower storage area and dripping down.
The door seals look good and generally the car is dry, the water is running into the car and sitting on the passenger mat.
