Some people have run more power than that on the standard internals with no issues.
Mine previously ran at 350bhp for about 1k before the internals were up-rated.
As said before, likely into the thousands, especially if you are paying someone to do the work.
What mods you got planned to want to get stronger rods?

Personally, hell no. It would ruin the enjoyment, worrying about it going pop everytime you come on boost.

You will probably be able to run a k04 on calibra injectors, VR6 MAF and a GOOD FMIC.

Forged rods are £285 in the UK from backdraft.
Pistons are ok, but id change them personally,  better compression ration.  £380 shipped from US for JE's minus import tax.

Then supertech valvetrain.  Cheapest i can find without tappets is £680 from holland.

Theres nothing cheap about building a reliable engine for big power.

Feckin hell!
Ko3s FTW lol

I thought tobys was mental this whole gt30 and keeping the thing running safely is mental!

My mate tells me his jap civic with a b18 will take 400bhp allday with a nice turbo strapped to it. Insane power.
1.6-1.8t AGU K03s, Forge actuator, Forge 007p, turbo back exhuast, Ths front mount, Catch can, 5 piece silicone boost pipes and creation sports tip. Stage 2 atm 232bhp 270lbs. Waiting for custom mapping :-)
