Do you guys carry around a spare wheel :-p

I got stainless bolt on valves and they hold pressure for months. I checked them after 6 months and they only lost 2psi 

Even with doing low miles I still check all the levels and tyre pressures every 2 weeks.

I carry a wooden wedge to drive the car up so that a trolley jack will go under but due to my boot build my spare space saver lives in the shed. As said thats why I pay the RAC and if I am local my missus will bring me the wheel and trolley jack

I carry tyre mousse and an AA membership card, it saves my lugging around weight

carry a full size spare with a new! tyre. never know could come in handy on long journeys in continental europe.

if you can't change your own tyre..you shouldn't be driving...

Nothing to do with cant change the wheel as I have changed thousands when working for Green Flag and could change a wheel in very quick time. I just dont carry mine because of my boot build and the fact mine is just too low to get the jack under and will not be carrying a trolley jack round all the time.

Iv got my dad on speed dail cheaper than AA or RAC will come out day or night 


Have a small jack but do not like using is as thay are s@it and unsafe plus I hate jacking from the sill only do it of I have to and thats not very often

i carry the tyre weld.
but found out when i tried to get a tow back from the channel tunnel to my house ( south wales)
that because i didnt carry the spare wheel they wouldnt take me, even though i said that i can carry the tyre weld and be fine they still wouldnt (i had two blown tyres so!)

iv got a wind up jack and wood in the car, but if i need to get the jack under i just go pffffffffffttt up it goes!
