bit of a waste him syncing with your itunes as it will mean he always has to sync with your account or he will lose everything, plus means he can't buy apps etc if he doesn't have his own account  :undecided:

I don't have an iTunes account. I just use iTunes for sorting out music and for my iPod Classic, I don't buy music online.

Yes but its still synced to your PC so he will only be allowed to sync to YOUR computer. Should he decide that he ever wants to sync to his computer then he will lose EVERYTHING on the iPad. Tell him to look it up online and that he should sync with his own computer.

Still no different if he syncs to your computer he can only sync to your itunes if he wants to keep the music he has obtained from you.

I hope by your statement you don't buy music online that you buy it from other sources  :lipsrsealed:

tell him to do one. if anyone cathces him with your illegally downloaded music collection, then he'll be the first to squeal like the pig that he is.
