if the name calling involved racist abuse then of course it should end up in court, not acceptable in any situation.

If taking the piss out of someone for being fat is ok, or being ginger is ok, then why should only 'racism' end up in court? It's all look based name calling. I don't do bandwagons, I think outside of the box at what it is.

Is there?. They're all looks you're born with (and some fatties are genetically fat - or simply can't shift it).

So what's the big difference? One looks different to the other, but all are different to everyone else?
