Cruise control.

Hello, can anyone tell me the correct procedure for setting the cruise control up as the car came with no handbook and the one I bought shows a different set up.

I have tried the way I think it should be done, the light comes on in the dash and I try pushing the set button and lift my foot off..... And it slows down!

Any help would be appreciated.

Incidentally, when do the "puddle" lights work?

It needs to be activated with VagCom. The puddle lights should come on when the appropriate door is opened. If it doesn't work, check the bulb, but it's more than likely a faulty door module.
