keep seeing mk3s with big decals down passenger side of windscreen

i keep seeing mk3s with decals saying something down the edge of the passenger side of the windscreen. what that all about?
some sort of writing saing something. can never see what it says. what that all about?

thinking about getting motorsport on the front of mine. Big fat writing covering the whole screen so i cant see out out of it. Lol 
also thinking about gettinsome flames on the wings (so it shows that my tyres are on fyaaaaaaa)

seen this not just on dubs, but corsas too

think they have thing like "rollhard" "rotiform" and from what i can gather its advertising a brand of alloy or a scene that people follow mainly about wheels

i think it looks stupid, and obstructs their own view
