For those that travel a lot of business, is 45p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, 25p per mile thereafter, reasonable?

Which is good, because I am going up to Warrington tomorrow. Slowly. Taking small sips of petrol as I go... And making some money for being sat in my car watching the world go by.
