Front fog lamps

hi there whilst washing the car the other day i noticed that both of the front fog lamps were half full of water ,must have been when i was going through large puddles last week , just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how to sort it ,,,thanks

Try removing the fog lamps, drain them and then use a hair dryer to fully dry them out.
Without traction power is nothing!

The best way to dry them out is to leave them in the airing cupboard overnight. The hair dryer wont get all the moisture out and it only takes the tiniest amount to make them steam up.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

sorted them this afternoon,took them out took them apart then dried them out ,,, refitted jobs a gudun ,,,,,,,thanks again
