Just seen this. Very interested to see what caused it. I thought these monsters were bullet proof!  :sad:

Sod the jets mate.  I'm more concerned about the aircrew thats 'missing'

Fingers crossed they have banged out safely and everything has done it's job correctly.  They'll hopefully be at home with the wife and kids before bedtime  :sad:

There we go, another Tonka gone.

Anyway, two have been found and are in hospital, the other two crew members are still on the run.

Considering thats what i work on........GOOD!!

1 dead, 2 missing, 1 in the hospikal.  Not a good year for the RAF at all.

I worked on the taxiway construction last year at RAF Marham- the noise of these planes just immense, had to have my ear defenders on a lot of the time. How old are they now Dean, they looked like they were getting on in age?
