Plus it's your fault extoing the virtues of the T5 over the T4. Would have kept the mk5 and bought a friends T4 otherwise! :grin:

Plus I'm staying VAG with the daily. Really fancy a 8v again as they are cheap at the mo but so many dogs. Saw a silver one in a trader today and he'd listed it as mint. Faults were as long as an apes arm and some including doors failing to open/metal on the pads/water in the ship (sorry boot of car) to name a few.

Well I may have found a solid daily. Needs a few bits to make it mine but no rot, 100,000 on the clock...decked.  :lipsrsealed:

And hopefully orderin the camper fully on Tuesday! Full T5 conversion:
Proper lift up tailgate
Full voranger cupboards with rock n roll bed
Smev hob and fridge
S Line heated leather on captains swivel bases
Double din outta the mk5 going in with a screen for littly's plus sound install using the bits from the mk4
Bike rack!!
Pop top! Contrasting colour
Full body coloured bumpers
And blue if it can be sourced at price prior to conversion

Later on it'll be sensibly lowered with either OEM Sportline or Range Rover wheels with load rated tyres!!!

Well it's black n low n slow :grin: but returned 45mpg on the motorway so not bad for a 16yr old car :laugh:
