Just wondering can i get scratches touched up or do i need whole pannel sprayed i have a feeling on close inspection jazz blue does look like it has metallic flecks in it any help would be great

I'd perhaps move away from T-cut altogether.. There are plenty of great products out there now; take a look around on
www.cleanyourcar.co.uk
for a better idea.
but i think the metallic is a softer compound.
