anybody work/worked for howdens joinery?

hi guys

i have a job offering in the pipe line working for howdens joinery as a kitchen designer.just wanted to know if any of you have worked for them or currently do?
whats the job you do like?are howdens good to work for moneywise etc.
job has been lined up by my gf's cousin.it'll mean us moving to kent from essex but we like that idea as the gf has family connections in kent and we'd both like to get out of the hustle and bustle of essex and london.
plus we can get a nice 2 bed house down there with front/rear gardens driveway and garage(for the mk4 gti to be put in and tinkered with on evenings/weekends) for what i'm paying for our 1 bed flat! and council tax is half the money as well, don't make sense! 
anyhoo any input would be great, cheers lads!

We been thinking about moving down Kent ways for quite a wile so now that I've got the offer it's the ideal time.
Thing that is swaying it for me I that I can finally have a decent space to keep the golf in
