porting and polishing

i was watching a ported and polished agu golf throttle body on ebay which i was silly enough to not look at even though i knew it was neding in 2 minutes what a twit!!!
anyway i wanna know if anyone on here could do something like that or knows people or has a way of diy doing it

before anyone says i know its not gonna be helpful in annnnnyway at all or add annnny power but i just like it and i want to do it so enough said

Being brought up in the motocross scene Im fairly familiar with porting and polishing how ever.... Its something you need to fully understand. I.e how Flow work , turbulance, Flow test etc etc its not as straight forward as shaving a bit here and there. You can very easily make things alot 'worse' than the factory castings.

Although I cant see how you can port a TB ?? possibly bore it out a fraction or match it to the intake plenium!?

why port it? why not just get a bigger one? from a r32 or vr6 or rs6?

well i think im gonna buy a cheap one and have ago and if it dont work then ill chuck it if it does then wicked lol did nt even know they would fit
 i like to try different things that most people dont aggree with

There was a post on here a while back about someone who did it with a bag of sand and used the inlet air velocity to create a sand blast effect...

It didn't end well for him, but it was a funny as fcuk...
