You might be better to get a complete car cheap and then swap everything over as required.
sounds a good idea, i have been looking in to that imo

Was gunna say the same. Pick up a cheap 1.8t under £2k, keep engine and seats, then break the rest  :cool:

Win win.

Mate it will cost u a lot, but will be worth every penny. Not a day goes by that I don't miss my Gti  :cry: and it wasn't even mapped. So god knows what I would be like if it was mapped  :sad:

The vr is good, and sounds nice but it's a mk3 and drinks petrol like its going out of fashion  :grin: :lipsrsealed:
