Surely it can all be done by leaving the arch liner left on though if you have access to a dremel?

If you've got time, remove it and clean out any crap that's built up over the years!

Dremel will do it though.

Bought my slightly different vent from b&q for £3.99 and just sprayed it black so it can be fitted tomorrow
