As said, a k04 relentless manifold will be no good for you, think badger5 will port your exhaust manifold for £80ish.

Will be plenty enough  :smiley:

If you have a k03/s then you only need a ported stock manifold . They flow enough for well over 300bhp . Unlike the stock k04 manifold which is shxt compared with the tubular xs power one

Just get one ported , but mark sure it's un cracked before you send it away ,
All the performance ones for the ko3 crack , and can be a b!tch to fit and remove . I ve had two , ended up with standard ported.

agu ko3s 234bhp 266lbft with oem actuator
sorry just looked at my previous dyno printout with the un-ported manifold and there was a gain of 1bhp and 3lbft but this was on a freezing cold day.

At the figures your running , porting won't make much difference, will help with back pressure and keeping EGTs lower but it's not until you fit a hybrid or the like that porting comes into its own. The stock k03 manifold is pretty good unlike as I said the k04.

its ok because just ordered a special hybrid off bill @ badger5 good for 325bhp
