Not worth the effort. A guy at my old work put one on his deisel engine and kept bragging about the MPG figures he got.

You live in Dubai = loads of oil

I live in Dubai, but for the time beeing I am stuck in Syria, my home country,, they didn't renew my passport..

so I was thinking in something to get more MPG here..... and not to be fake since I am not working at this time.

Fair enough buddy!
I dont think it makes any difference except loosing more money at a time like this!
If it means selling and getting a smaller engine to achieve MPG then thats a realistic option.
We have all down sized at one point or another for economic reasons.

How much is petrol over there if you dont mind me asking per litre?

the liter here is 50 syrian pound
1 US$ is 69 syrian pound

BUT it is not clean of sulpher and is about 70 octan..

and in this sh!tty situation sometimes petrol is not available then we buy the liter for 75 syrian pound mixed with water or diesel or any other petrolum material. that's why I asked for the HHo..

selling and buying is a good option for me since the car doesn't have A/C and I need an A/C car it is sooo hot here,. but the market here is toooooooooootaly spleeing and no one is buying due to the situation here. and everythin is sooooooooo high ( my car now is model 83 and is about 500,000 syrian pound = 7249 US$) so the one who own a car here has big balls

Interesting to see another perspective in a different country.
US$7,249 is very good!
I think instead of selling you should exchange for smaller car, but if not newer car with cash been paid to you?
70 Octane is pretty poor and shame they mix water and sh*it to make more money!
