Got the bug back since I picked the housing up so got started tonight!!



Gonna clean the turbine and inducer up and have it sent off for balancing  :evil:

well back on it again!!!!

changed my mind about cleaning up as the wheels as they were very worn so got the whole chra rebuilt new, with a different compressor wheel  :lipsrsealed:  :smug:



just waiting for my tip to arrive then its time to build it, get a date for mapping, fit it and start smiling!!!!!

been having a weekend on the golf got a few bits done

anni rear bumper on, and modded mud flaps to fit









I couldn't look at my half painted brakes anymore!!!!





also serviced my forge 007p with the revised piston, wired up the lights in the bora vent and the boost gauge, and fitted the boost gauge in the vent so it sits more flush.... no pic thou!!!

as it was raining thought is get in the garage and build my turbo .....



Half way there....



And all done



Just gotta get the gaskets and seals and I'm ready to fit it!!!

Also gotta finish off porting the manifold but it's nearly there!!!

So here it was about to go on



And a few in comparison







Took 11 hours start to finish, including plenty of fags during... It went in and out 3 times cos of stupid things but eventually got it done!!!!

So since Saturday I've been getting the final bits sorted:
Raised the suspension for the rollers
Sorted all exhaust leaks
Got new o rings for injectors
New gaskets for inlet mani and tb (incase I swap them)
Just making sure I've covered all bases so there are no issues for mapping.

Not long now  :evil:

So went to r tech and here are the results  :evil:

191bhp 202 torque

And after.....



280.9 bhp and 269 torque  :evil:

It's very smooth all the way to the top, and keeps pulling all the way!!!
