Hello all, I am new to forum GTI and also picked up my first VW and GTI today!
GTI has always been my dream car, and now at 24 I was finally able to get insured at a good price and afford the car!
I had a 2005 mg zr and was told engine was about to go, so I thought it was perfect time to get my dream car. I had sooo many problems with my Zr that is was in the garage once every couple of months.
I found my GTI on Auto Trader. It was 2006, had 30k miles on the clock, and came with a 6 month full warranty from a decent Landrover leader who have 50 branches across the uk and Europe.
The car was in brilliant condition. The cost was £9,000 after I traded in my broken ZR, which they gave 1k for.
I love my GTI, it is uber fast compared to my zr, and looks awesome. Features are very impressive and the car has nice interior etc. I hope I have some luck and no problems with my gti.
