Thought I'd "bling" up blacky with a few subtle extras. Firstly I bought one of those red GTI grill badges off of eBay. The bloody thing won't fit where the OEM badge sits because the holes don't line up!! So if you are tempted, don't do it! To make matters worse I ended up snapping the clips off the back of the OEM badge, thank goodness we have super glue!

I then found some rather nice GTi embossed tyre valve caps. They look good but I'm counting in days how long before they get nicked!

I did finally manage to locate some side lights that aren't yellow! I'll post some pictures up on Gwhizzys post soon.

Sill protectors and seat inserts next on the list. Any other ideas to bling up my ride??

Got the foot rest and seat inserts off eBay, great quality and look good in car, recommended.

Also want some sill protectors for a 3 door but can't find anything I like the look of :sad:

Just got to convince my wie that the inserts should be red as the car will have red stiching........

The inserts can be any colour you want as that is just electrical tape below the actual cut out letters.

Gulfstream on here does inserts and footrests.
I have the seat inserts and they are good quality. He does a great job.

I want to add sill protectors aswell but can't find anything gti wise that looks good to match.
