Pressed plates off Ebay????

Need new number plates as mine are cracked and looks nasty, though id go all out on pressed plates would you buy them off ebay tho? check it.

They look like the same way they make them on the stands at volksfest show etc. there's were mine are from and tbh I've had no problems at all with them,

Had mine off ebay,had no probs with them and the quality is great,had them on for about 2 years now and they still look fresh,im sure someone will be along shortly to say how gay and illegal they are but imo they look

I've been looking at private reg's and spotted B16 KLF and would like it in German pressing with the dash.

As the German's love their trance and KLF are bigger over there then here I think it kind of fits the golf of the era. BIG-KLF!!!

Someone with a Mk3 with pressed German plates works and parks outside our local police station so i should be ok around our town and local area anyway

Pressed plates are not illegal, it's the way you purchase them. Buying them from eBay is illegal.

You need to show v5 or v5/2c and proof of identity to get them made. The company needs to show the company name and postcode on the plate for them to be legal. That's with the correct front, size and spacing oh and the reflective paint.

But in the real world police won't check this and you will get away with it.
