whats the best way to clean wheels

which products and stuff to use

Depends on your type of wheel I guess. On my steels I used to use normal Autoglym Shampoo and always came up good. For my new alloys ive tried the Autoglym Clean Wheels plus a cone brush. Results were pretty good. Couple more washes and they'll be much better; just cudnt be botherd at the time!!

The brush was only about £3 from Halfords but does help to get in amongst the spokes!!

I just use hot soapy water, elbow grease, and a washing up brush/toothbrush for the stubborn bits.

Astonish wheel cleaner does it on the tough dirty wheels

Wonder Wheels. Very harsh non abrasive solution. Will get sh!t of a cats fur.

Be quick when using it though, do bits at a time and wash of it off.

Wonder Wheels if your wheels are painted and lacquered, and the paint is not to chipped up, otherwise it can get under and lift it..

For polished rims....soapy water, followed by polish, then wax or Autoglym wheel sealent.

Ive tried wonder wheels....but mine is just stickin on in there for dear life (was on before i got the car,so no one blame my over usage of brakes ta) so anyone suggest anything really tough...or..better still..anyone wanna come n do it for me..will chuck in a couple of cups o tea n a bacon sarnie!!
also,the brush,wonder wheels brush is cack,n tried halfords one,cack...just gotta stick to me old toothbrush eh?

if you can get hold of a pressure washer i've found they're brilliant for getting off brake dust

ive got one o those like hun,actually you have just reminded me i have ....know wot ya mean about blasting it off...just wondering if there was summit stronger,but not too damagin,than wonder wheels...but ta..
