Pissed need to rant!

I bought a fog light from ebay it took 9 days before it arrived I had to open a case to get him to respond!
He said it was sent by mistake to another customer for a merc fog.
Then this morning it arrives the plastic bracket mounting hole has been sheared off cant even fix this the lense is good so is the projector, but opened another case just want money back now!!!

A: I have given it a little cleanas its been in my garage for quite a few years and the overall condition is very very good. No decolouring, no cracks, nothing broken etc. cheers

Gave him negative feed back as if I dont care if I dont get my money back, I dont care.....!
Making my life difficult I will cause him grief 20 fold!
Wont take my calls dickhead!
Got his address good mind to shove it up where the sun dont shine!!!!

Asking me to return it I want return postage paid!

Ebay seems to be getting more annoying to use lately, just seems full of dreamers and scammers lately.

Tell me about it, hence I only buy new items usually.
I think I'm just going to buy a new fog light can't be arsed with the grief.

Yep, got tired of going to look at wings which were advertised as rust free and genuine but turn out to be neither.

Yes Steve I know your having issues with them wings I've got 10 fog lights indoors and managed to make one good one but need a pasengers side one MOT supposed to be friday aswell

i had this quite recently asked before hand if the item had been damaged and repaired to which they replied no its fine turned up glued together put me in a right pissed off mood all day cheeky f**k*r knew it was broke and then wanted me to send it back and have my money back which meant either way i would of been out of pocket so i lobbed it in the bin that was a forum member to but il say no more

Yep in the same discussion wants me to return a unless fog what the hell £4.00 to return it!
I've said pay me back plus 4.00 and I'll send you two useless fogs in return hows that?
He said he sold the metal brackets seperate and didnt know about the damage bollocks how the hell did he remove the metal plates off it

same as the dilemma i was in mate it really pisses me off like i say after i had paid to send them back i could of just bought the item new and saved money there some dodgy folks around really know how you feel mate

Haaaa he wont take my calls just texts and said he doesnt want any of my broken fogs He has my address cant even face me? He has to give an address to send it to though

"Guy wants the fog back and hasn't given me an address to send it back still refuses to take my calls? What can I do I've offered half of returned postage out of my own pocket and still will not have a conversation with me? I'm a reasonable chap dont like to be messed with when the evidence is stacked up on this seller? The pictures of item do not show the broken mount clearly I would have not purchased this item, plus seller has said he sold the metal mounting bracket seperately? Well that does not makes any sense as the metal bracket would have to removed via the plastic housing hole which would be clearly broken off? "Iteam I sent is as described and has pictured. I did not see that anything was broken on sent item. I have informed buyer via text that I am at work and cant pick his call and told him via text to send back item if he is not pleased with it. Buyer wants me to come to his house to pick up item which is a no-no and I have told him so. Buyer keeps sending threathing text and calling repeatedly and suggesting all sorts. I have texted him that its simple....if he is not please with the item he should send back "my" item in the condition I sent it to him as he claims to have loads of these items in his garage. Please send back my item and I will refund your money. Simple as that. Calling my fone repeatedly, sending threathing text will not resolve this issue."

Seller's message:
"Please send back the item I sent you. I have pictures of it so know exactly what it looks like. I want my item back not any of the 10 or so rubbish ones you claim to have in your garage. When I get my item back, I will issue a refund of your money. Item sold is as described on ebay. Sellers address is on Ebay. "

Your message to the seller:
"I love how this seller has not addressed one of my issues in this case! I suggested he pick this up as he is in London not far from me, it would save postage and he can't say its damaged in anyway when returning it back! Threats the man cannot even spell threats! I've been so upset he will not take my calls WHY NOT? You have time to write length texts back to me the conversation would have lasted 5 minutes? Repeated texts and phone calls when I do not recieve any comunication from seller! It took him 9 days to comunicate with me after opening the initial case! Tell me why Ebay have to get involved for you to respond back to me? On the weekend you were at a cinema not at work then text me saying you would ring me back did I ever get that call back? NO You fine when it suits you to text back to me on a reaction though right? Still after snippy texts from him he will not priovide me with an address? I'm a family man with kids what am'I going to do in front of my kids great example if I start something"

"I've been buying selling for ages now and never experienced anything like this? I have 100% feed back I'm an educated professional have a Financial Economics degree, PHD's. I'm astounded how hard it is to pick up a phone and explain yourself to me? Some of us still have principles over making £20.00 odd pounds!!!! The money is nothing over principles clearly his actions show otherwise!

"This is so all unecessary. Pls act as the principle you profess to have and simply send back the item I sent you for refund. I will not get into telephone fights(over £18) which the tone of your indicates you are very willing to do. I can upload all your text and my response for ebay to judge. I have been cool while you are seeming loosing it. This kind of agressive behaviour is what scares people off ebay. I am sure this has happened before and you have used the same bully tactics ...explains why you have 10 such items in your garage!. Pls be the professional that you claim to be and stop these bully-boy tactics. "

"GIVE ME THE ADDRESS I can't see it? Give the texts to Ebay I have nothing to hide!!!! Stop fueling this and give me an address? "
