Interior trim

Probs been asked 10000 times before but, can you get the two sides of the trim out with out having to take out the radio cadge? Cheers people :)

They slide down out of clips but watch out cos they break very easily

Well i was thinking about spraying the trim cause i cant afford genuine and dont have the patients to wrap lol. Would i need to sand it all down or just spray them as they are?
