Alright chaps!
Bought this car off a good freind who got himself a mk5 and sold me his mk4
!
When i bought it it was running 0.5 bar of boost and running very nice and smooth,
I put it into a local garage where the owner is into abit of tuning.
The car is a 53 plate Gti with the AUQ block, six speed block i think basically the anniversary without the bodykit. (standard big brakes aswell) previous owner had a Ko4-001 fitted, he had a r32 steering wheel fitted and fully pollybushed the car... then he put a nice set of spax suspensin on it and a full exhaust system.. the car never really left his driveway and i got the car knowing it would need a tune up.
Soo in the garage it got the boost turned up on a brand new forge actuator and a brand new n75 valve. To make sure the power was getting used i got a new black diamond clutch...£450... and it was all going well now im waiting on an intercooler kit as my turbo pipework has a boost leak so im peaking at 1 bar in 1st and 2nd gear and falling to 0.5 and peaking at 1.5 in higher gears,,
After the intercooler kit im hoping it will run 1.5 all the time..
What would be a good step to do after that??
