Dear All,
I have a standard 1.6 mk4 akl engine and recently the ABS light has come on, on dashboard.
I have run a an autoscan to read any error codes, I have the follwing:
1/ 00557 01/01- not sure what this one is as it was not listed in the manual.
2/ 00285 01/02-ABS wheel speed signal #2 RIGHT/FRONT range performance G45, what does this mean faulty sensor? also does it mean that I need to replace the right front sensor only or both front sensors?
Probably is silly question not a mechanic really, where are the sensors located, is it a difficult job to replace sensor?
