Slammin the car next month, is this ARB ok?

hay chaps, just want to double check with u lot is this ARB ok to buy? if you have any better ones or cheaper ones let me no? As im going to lower the dub next month, and will probably want it lower than 40mm... Any advice much appreciated and your opinions to

That one will do the job...probably. If I were you I'd buy an ARB that goes underneath the drive shafts, that way you can go as low as you want. You may still get the odd knock here and there if you go real low  :undecided:

Have seen a few for sale in classifieds here and there, try other forums classifieds...Sure I saw one on ED38 the other day.  :smiley:

it says u can lower up to 100mm with that FK one in my link, i think that will be more than enuff? or have i read it wrong? :laugh:

You have read it correctly! But what I am saying is that if you get one that goes underneath then you will no isses/worries EVER no matter how low you go  :cool:

I'm thinking belt and braces. Underneath D/S and you won't be disappointed. :smiley:

Defo have a scout around though...No need to buy a brand new one I'd say :smiley:

they just have bigger hoops but I have seen feedback from people saying they still catch.

If you want a cheaper option find an Octavia vRS breaking and get the ARB off that  :wink:

all of the above apart from the Skoda ARB will need adjustable drop links to allow them to fit as they should be using the longer droplinks that bolt to the struts but the Golf doesn't have the provision for this

i have this one and my golf is as low as it can go on my coils and guess what it dont work it rubs the drive shaft like a beesh so leave it there mate as said get one of the above  :wink:


 i drive a golf thats why im skint!!!!


losing interest in the golf and now not so skint !!!!!
