is the ali r32 trim easy to fit??

 hi just bought myself the r32 trim, how do i fit the ali r32 trim? is it a case of just poping them on? my golf has no wood trim its just the plain old boring plastic which looks horrendess!!  any help would be great thanks

You need a different radio cage, the net optic and wooden trim pop off but the black plastic ones are part of the cage.
