had mine done recently (had a powerflow box from years ago) the ss zorst from cat to backbox cost £120. theres a guy in birmingham (rj performance) his a sound bloke comes very highly recommended!! 2 of my mates told me to go to him.
if you do tell him sharki sent ya with the mk3 gti
when you 1st get your cat back done it will sound very tinny but give it a week or less and it will sound good.
since having mine done its very responsive but thats with a drilled box and a light weight & balanced flywheel

Thanks guys. Not chasing the Hp's just want to replace the fubar middle box and probably not so good back box with something thats sounds nice but not loud and half decent

Ive just been quoted between £80 and a maximum of £160 for a midbox delete on my vr. Although he said he's going to tuck everything up and sort out my drooping backbox so sounds fair.

This is a powerflow dealer, mating upo my scorpion backbox to my miltek decat

Local Powerflow dealer charges around £450 to make and fit.I bought mine for £160 off a guy who had bought it less than 6 months before.Had to shorten it though as his car was an 2E with the shorter cat.

I ca;nt say if it made any difference as i fitted a decat at the same time.The torque band was lower with the two fitted,did'nt have to change down for tight corners at low revs,would pull away in second like you were in 1st.

I asked them to chop to boxes out my jetex middle pipe they said £40 cash. Was only meant to cut them out then tig a bit of stainless in it's place. Came back to a custom made SS middle pipe and my jetex in the boot for £40
