I've got a set of santa monica alloys which are kerbed to bits when I got them. Is there any way I could get them replaced under warranty?

not a chance, I doubt your warranty will cover driver error/abuse.

post a picture, are you sure they are curbed? Santa monica's are renowned for the laquer peeling, the wate gets under them and they look awful. My mate had a set on his golf brand new from VW(04) after 9 months they looked awful. As he paid extra for them as an extra when he got the car, they gave him a full refund.
